Maintenance rigging includes but are not limited to Pumps, Valves, Motors, Gearboxes etc. This usually falls under any items under a weight of 5 tons and basic straight forward rigging. These items are usually covered under the Baseline Risk Assessment and Baseline Work Method Statement.

Maintenance Rigging are mainly conducted during mid-month maintenance shuts and on an annual mill/plant shut. Our Rigging Crews are as well available for breakdowns/callouts responding within an hour and a half, depending on the area, equipment requirements and required experience.

To complete tasks successfully a rigging crew consists of a Qualified Red Seal Rigger with two Rigger Assistants that require minimal supervision. Our Rigger and/or Assistants are certified in operating an Overhead Cranes and Forklifts.
